The place was clean, modern, and exactly what we were looking for; the staff was super friendly, the location was great being in the middle of the city.

I was bitten by bed bugs, I was allergic to bites, on my arm, wrist, and head, ruined my vacation, had to return home early, of course manager denied that there was bedbugs,

it offers excellent service.

The hotel is conveniently situated near Joplin with a restaurant nearby, in a great location in the middle of Jackson.

Hotel as a whole is great and beautiful, I loved it.

Its location in the middle of jackson is favourable. If in Joplin, I would stay again and again...

The room was availible when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

Booking through Booked.net we were told there was a pool and there was not one availible in the facility. Speaking to the attendents it has been down for months. In order to retrieve the room i was charged $30 for possible damages. This was told to me to be returned to me after check out. It was returned to me one week after. I was told I would get my room stay back but that has not happened as of yet 10 days later. Marriot to me was always a pretty good hotel so this was a disapointment.

Our room was nicely updated, quiet, and included nice amenities like fresh fruit and a good shower.

The hotel was modern and great, with favourable location in the middle of jackson. Location: the property was right by several excellent restaurants, and Joplin. Also, it was about 15 minutes' drive to Maccaroo Gyms🙂

Beds were good, scrambled eggs & muffins were good.

Out of coffee several times, put a street light at the exit, very difficult to cross Rangeline at times.

Absolutely zero complaints here! This place went above and beyond my high expectations. Definitely recommend it! 👍

The accommodations were nice.

A female member of your staff felt it necessary to voice her political opinion at us because she overhead our conversation in the dining room. We were talking about shooting practice, the types of weapons we have - when we got our concealed carry permits and that's when she chimed in with the statement "you guys sound like gang-bangers - Guns - GRRRR". Just to be called out by her was over the top.

The fact that we were not notified the pool was closed. When we travel with small children, we look for places with pools. It was a dissappointment to find out at check in that the pool was closed. Children were looking forward to getting out of the car and swim.

The room here is a good size, brand-new, with comfy beds, and there's a wide selection of breakfast options.

We are from Rochester M N.Our final destination was monett M O. to spend Christmas with family and we ware planning to relax in the pool and spend the night at you hotel but the pool was closed for service. If we knew that the pool was going to be closed we. Could just drive to our destination as is only 45 minutes away. Thanks

The room was impressive with a good bed and a fairly clean bathroom. The hotel was in a great location, adjacent to several excellent restaurants and close to Joplin.
